Social Media Policy

Making and maintaining friendships and connections with individuals and companies alike helps us build positive rapport with them. It speaks to our character, that we offer availability without a retainer; we offer assistance on good will; we care in ways others may not, and simply put we are the only provider who will ever do so.

Those who find themselves "friends" of ours, are neither customer, client, affiliate, nor partner except by further choice or invitation. They support their end of our interactions, we support ours, and individually we invoke our services as required to the other. This works to create a small-scale ecosystem of power, for that individual or company; a refreshing thing to have that is very enabling for Small/Med Businesses.

Being friends with us is no light achievement. Maintaining it, even harder. We look to empower individuals and enterprises seeking outbound honesty, providing truthful, safe experiences to consumers, and creating innovative solutions for the world. Equally, we will disavow any connection with you if we determine your actions are perceivable or justifiable as "in bad or dishonest faith".

There is no "scope" to this rule; it could be your subscription prices changing, the attitude of your organization's Customer Service; your cancellation policy; it can be anything identifiable as a malicious trick to any sane or sound human being. If we can see it, find it, or hunt it, you may be offered a chance to fix it, but you will be judged against it.

Humans make regrettable choices behind closed doors daily; they equally make the decision to open the door when they're finished.

There is no warnings process. There is no appeals process. There is no apology process.

You will act right in a continuous manner to maintain said relationship, no alternative option.

^{1: While we are happy to work cooperatively with the agencies defending the people of the world, we are not your easy way around a warrant, nor the people who can help you get a "magic" warrant. If you need a warrant for something, don't ask us for what you want without it. If the warrant is bogus just for the sake of getting it, we will tell you no - if this makes you sweat, it's bogus. If the warrant is legitimate, we will assist specifically to the scope provided in our Engagement Agreement. We will canary if you attempt to utilize us for unethical or court-restricted purposes. You don't get to stoop lower than the criminal to "get them"; who are you protecting then, lawbreaker? In a pre-investigative stage where a warrant is not yet a possibility, we require that you submit a Task Elevation Request, to be approved or denied based off of your investigative stage and present findings. You have every opportunity to "explain it pretty", so, no will still mean no if you're told no.}
