About this position
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Sales Liaison to join our dynamic sales team. As a Client Sales Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving new business opportunities. About some of your responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs, resolve any concerns, and provide guidance on our cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business prospects, develop customized strategies, and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to both existing and prospective clients.
- Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events to expand your professional network and represent BeeHive's capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including cybersecurity analysts and technical experts, to ensure our clients' needs are met and address any customer concerns or technical inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to effectively advise clients on the latest cybersecurity trends and solutions.
About our prerequisites
Idealistic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
